Just a reminder that the AGM will be held this coming TUESDAY 3rd APRIL from 4pm-5pm.

Please attend to try out for an exec position, or to vote for who you think will be best for nominated exec positions.

Also, your FREE SUAC HAT will be ready for you to pick up at the AGM!!!

We will also be taking SUAC Shirt orders during the AGM. Shirts usually cost $40 and come in L/M/S for men or women. If you want a SUAC shirt, please come to the AGM and let us know which size you are, as well as which side of your chest you would like to have the SUAC logo displayed.

See you all Tuesday 3rd! And don't forget that there will be no shooting on Good Friday 6th April.

Available Positions:

1) President - the overall face of the club, main contact person and ensures the smooth running of the club and calls meetings. Current President: Rebecca Martin.

2) Vice President - second in command. Acts president when President isn't around. Current Vice (acting President): David Kwak.

3) Secretary - administration, newletters and  record keeper. Current Secretary: Sam Chan

4) Treasurer - handles the club's money, fundraising and budget. Current Treasurer: Heilok Cheng

5) Field Captain - In charge of all safety operations on the field. Organises the opening and closing of the shed. Current Captain: Martin Lee

6) Equipment Officer - Maintains and organises club equipment. Current Officer: Shervin Moradpour

7) Publicity Officer - the face of the club on the field, organises events, another contact person for the club. Current Publicity Officer: Zac Nicolson

8) General Exec 1 - helps the other execs run the club. Current Exec 1: Kosuke Shibata

9) General Exec 2 - helps the other execs run the club. Current Exec 2: Deborah Law

10) General Exec 3 - helps the other execs run the club. Current Exec 3 (acting Field Captain): Majesta Wong.

Hi All

SUAC has just received news from the Warden and were advised that St Paul's Oval will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

As a result, our mini tournament and picnic on Good Friday has been CANCELLED.

But not to worry! The following week is USyd's Mid-sem break anyway so how about moving our mini tournament then instead?

What: Mini-Indoor Tournament and picnic
When: Friday 13th April
Time: 12pm-5pm

The Exec team will send out an invite soon with more details about the shoot and tournament. Please keep an eye out for the posts!

The AGM is next Tuesday 3rd of April from 4pm-5pm!

Attend and vote for the 2012 SUAC Exec team - the people that will be keeping the club successful and running for the year!

2) Good Friday Shoot

At the moment, SUAC is seeking permission from SUSF and the College to shoot at the Oval on Good Friday April 6th. If successful we may have a small picnic as well as a casual MINI-Tournament! Members will shoot from a distance of 18m (indoor archery) and record their scores. These scores will then be sent to our sister club NUIG and then we can see how we compare to them!
